Returns and Exchanges

If you have changed your mind, You can return the product within 3 days of receiving your order.

Make sure that the item in its original condition and packing, Damaged Packing or Packaging will not qualify you for return or exchange

Before You Start


You only need to follow below steps:

Login to your account on,

Go to "My Account" then "My Orders".

Select "Sales Order"

Go below to the History Section

Write the following:

1- Reason of the return and Which Item/s you want to return

2- Your bank Details - If you have Paid in Cash - ( IBAN number, Bank name, Bank account  holder name)

3- Click  Submit

Processing your request

Our Customer Service

Our customer service will email you a Waybill for one of our shipping Partners within 36 working hours, You only need to go to the nearest Branch and drop off the product.

Once we receive  the product from the shipping partner, we will inspect it and transfer you the money back to your credit/Debit card which was used in the purchase.

Refund Process takes from 3 to 7 working days from receiving  the product in our warehouses.

Return Associated fees 


In the event of a return as a result of product malfunction or manufacturing defect, damage upon delivery or delivery of the wrong product, customer will not be charged for any shipment fees or/and Bank transfer fees. In case of returns for other reasons (i.e. customer needs an exchange or customer changed his mind) shipment fees or/and Bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer.

** Exchange is not available on our online store, you need to make a return the item/s and make a new order.
** Return is withen 3 days and Exchange is with 7 days of date of purchase.
